CORDELIA KIM

Cordelia is co-head of the Altaira Strategic Advisory / Co-sourced C-Suite practice and assists clients with optimizing business growth and structuring. Cordelia also handles all legal matters for the firm. Prior to Altaira, Cordelia was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of AlTi Global Inc., Strategic Alternatives, following the merger of TIG Advisors into AlTi. Cordelia joined TIG in April 2016 and was responsible for all legal and compliance matters.  Prior to joining the firm, Cordelia was an associate at Seward & Kissel LLP from 2012 to 2016, where she represented and advised clients in the formation and distribution of private funds, SEC registration and ongoing regulatory requirements under the U.S. federal and state securities laws.  Prior to this, Cordelia held compliance positions at Zimmer Lucas Capital, LLC from 2005 to 2011.  Cordelia received a B.A. in Economics from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham University
